Although the lack of a microwave and fridge was inconvenient for storing leftovers from Chicago's renowned food scene, the cleanliness and organization of the hotel were commendable. the staff's professionalism, particularly the gentleman at check-in and the garage attendants, added a touch of efficiency to the stay. the 24-hour business center and complimentary newspapers in the lobby catered well to my work needs, although the early morning room intrusion by housekeeping and maintenance work disrupted my rest. Despite these drawbacks, the polite demeanor of the front desk staff and security personnel left a lasting impression. In conclusion, Best Western in Chicago offers a decent choice for budget-conscious business travelers seeking a convenient base in the city, with room for improvement in service timing and room amenities.
