Great location near restaurants, but the coffee machine was often broken.

we recently stayed at best western in a great location close to downtown. the staff were extremely nice and always available to assist with any requests, including fixing a locked door. the rooftop balcony was a nice experience but closed early. the comfortable beds and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable. there's a restaurant open till 1am which was convenient and the kids loved the free tattoos. the pool had a remarkable view, and the hotel is close to restaurants and activities, with a gas station, hard rock, and rain forest cafe nearby. overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Easy access to vending and soda machines. Friendly and attentive staff.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

I chose Best Western for its convenient location near Millennium Park. The newly renovated hotel also offers on-site parking and an indoor pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The Pizzeria Ora Restaurant and Lounge provided a taste of the city with its authentic Chicago-style deep-dish pizza and classic Italian fare.
Rusty A/C and elevator odor.
